Ok, this may be a dumb question BUT ...if MMG is halted... Why is DRV still trading. I would have thought that with shares being aquired etc... it would require a Halt in DRV as well until the 31st when new shares are allocated to those holding MMG.

MMG has ceased trading because MacMillan Gold is no more. MacMillan Minerals is a brand new company which should begin trading sometime Dec/Jan.
DRV is still trading because the company is not going anywhere. DRV has been issued the additional 50% interest in Peru and in return DRV simply issues the additional shares to the MMG shareholders and keeps trading as normal.

To that point Pasa, I wonder if the market has fully priced in the effect of the new shares on Duran's trading position. Lets say come next monday, when the number of shares outstanding jump from 26 million or so to 58-60 million or so, would we see some movement in either direction (up or down) due to dilution. Of course DRV is a huge steal right now, so I might have just answered my own question. Haha.
