On Sedar there is a document for Duran about the Annual and Special Meeting. The date fixed for the meeting is June 30th. The real question for investors who have suffered for so long with minimal communication and disdain for their existance in DRV is, will George Brown live up to his promise last year of STEPPING DOWN as CEO? Only the shadow knows

"what if the meeting means that drv is being delisted. that would be really bad for us"
That would be pretty weird. DRV just had a private placement of more than 400K+ shares with the insiders taking some of it ($70K worth? IIRC). I would have a hard time believing that even GB would try that and then delist the company.
The meeting will probably announce some more measures that DRV will need to do in order to stay afloat, such as optioning out properties, more PP's, etc.
However, if you're right Venturous and groovin123 really is George (see Agoracom post), maybe he's communicating to us that during the meeting a vote will be authorized on optioning out the silver properties or perhaps a senior company has offered to purchase DRV. Who knows?

Boys, that sounds scary to me.
Hopefully it is a sunny day that day?
