Just curious what people think about the MMM listing. I know many people really believed in the Mexico properties (for whatever reason) and they want to see this company listed on the TSX-V.

Ven, I'm among those who bought some Duran through MacMillan and as a result picked up MMG at almost no cost. As I recall about a year ago someone posted that George thought of Duran as a diversion and that he more interested in MMG properties in Mexico. At this point I don't see DRV doing much until copper heads above $2.50/lb. But with gold/silver holding up I'm hoping George and team have been busy exploring those Mexico properties the last few months.
This is what I have my fingers crossed for - I'd like to see the share issues but would rather have them delivered with good drill results.

Thats an interesting take Exkeener. Maybe the delay in the listing is because they have some drilling results and are getting into a position whereby one of their more successful properties could be taken over. Myself, I originally invested in MacMillan and received Duran afterwards. Its been a few years for me.

End of March has come and gone and still no indication from Management when and if the stock will be listed for trading. It seems to me that the timing is just about perfect with what is going on now and we need to be in the game.
For your info ..this is posted on Agoracom for MacMillan Board.... Will the new MacMillan be a client of Agoracom?
Message from Management posted on Apr 03, 09 04:39PM
The MacMillan Gold site on Agoracom is still up as a discussion forum and for historical reference only.
The company is no longer a client of Agoracom and therefore no longer receive or answer questions on this forum.

This came from ziggy almost 2 weeks ago.
Looks like the people who said that it will take 2-3 more months are winning so far.
News about Macmillan's listing posted on Apr 10, 09 03:44PM I posted this a few days ago in the DRV Hub. It should be posted here also.
I was able to get this info from George Brown today. I understand everyone's frustration because I am a long time stock holder myself, but it looks encouraging that they are doing everything possible to get a listing for Macmillan . It seems things are still moving along and many hoops have been needed to jump through.
This is the info I got from Mr. Brown
They are working on getting the prospectus to Final.
They need the auditors to give them signed audited MacMillan Gold to Sept 30, 2008.
These were not done after year end because MMG ceased to exist as a public company at Oct 31, 2008.
These are required by the OSC to show 3 years of audited Mexico history for the new MacMillan Minerals.
They also need audited MacMillan Minerals at Sept 30, 2008 and pro-forma MacMillan Minerals at Sept 30, 2008 verified by auditors showing what MacMillan Minerals would look like if the Oct 31, 2008 transfer of assets had already occurred.
They can not file the prospectus as final until they have all of these.
Then it is up to the timing of the OSC and TSX.
They hope it is a matter of days before auditors sign off.
He also stated that work has continued in Mexico except through the holidays and that they expect to be drill ready at La Cucharas by May.
They are getting "the kind of gold and silver assays MacMillan has been looking for since listing in July 2002!"
This all sounded very encouraging and hopefully we are close to getting a listing for Macmillan.
